Share with me!
One of the goals I have for Ink and Insight is to provide a safe, non-judgemental, kind space for those of us who need it to share their stories. These can be in for form of free text, creative writing, or art. I believe in the power of knowledge and in the strength that can be found in expression. At Ink and Insight, we will all express our joys, or sorrows, and our everyday lives.

I am so grateful for your courage in sharing your personal experience with chronic illness. Your words will bring with them strength, compassion, understanding, love and acceptance. And I want to share your story with the world. Share with me your experience. What is it like to be you, on your good days and on your bad? What is the origin story to the hero that you are?
